My greatest insight from the course was the realisation that I have the power to make a difference in the world! There is no right way or wrong way just my way, I really do understand now how to honour difference, and that we all have different skills. I now know that without effective engagement of all parties we will not reach our potential. of course I 'knew' that before now I really 'know' it!
