There was a mix-up with the online order, but the head lady in the kitchen was lovely and accommodating. A really imaginative menu and lots of great choices. They didn't bother to ask if we need other cutlery or cups for water. Plenty of very comfortable seating,comfy lounges. The food is nice but not great & way over priced....Lunch (2 mains, a shared piece of cake & 2 hot drinks) cost me $65.

The tea, food, setting, and service was wonderful for our 5th anniversary! We’re more traditionalists. The Teahouse is at the bottom of Mt Canobolas & when we arrived at The Teahouse we where there to a lovely clean cafe.

I rang up and booked for the four of us and when we turned up I realised something was wrong when our table wasn’t set with china and linen like others having high tea.

The chocolate covered strawberry was my favourite of the sweets. When you first see the three-tiered tray, you might think that there isn’t a lot of food, but there is, and you fill up quickly! We went here a while back and I had to warn readers to book the high tea in advance because usually you don’t have to. We hadn’t booked but were seated without issue. They had a great range of premium teas to choose...from. Enquiries There were vegetable quiches, caramelised onion & feta tarts and spring rolls. Wow - the High Tea and the scenery were spectacular!!! We had lovely fresh...mug of coffee followed by lunch, which I had a large chicken sandwich with salad & it was a big sandwich & fresh!!

Wheelchair access can be made via the teahouse's northern door. It was very nice to visit with my daughter and it took my mind off the fires where I live in Batemans Bay.

Oh, the shame =p, No scones! I thought it would be the perfect location to take Ms Shelly and the Princess (age 4) to celebrate their combined belated birthdays. We fed the friendly birds with seeds from the cafe.
