It is a workhorse quick breakfast and I am such a believer on the benefits of sprouted grains. It is toally good for me. This is a crunchy and tasty cereal.

I have problems sleeping so I have a small bowl before bedtime and it's helped me sleep. I was amazed when I first saw this deal, but when it arrived and I tried it, it tastes disgusting. Apparently you can sprout grains and then dry them and make a cereal or bread from it. But how can sprouted grains make a crunchy cereal? It’s so worth the buy considering it’s health benefits and great taste. The sweetener used in this product is the natural sweetener which is hardly making any difference in term of taste.
