Just curious if anyone have tried freezing their muffins after they were baked? So six week refrigerator bran muffins aren’t completely terrible. When my kids were small. I add 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans,1 tsp ground cinnamon,1 tsp.ground cloves and 1 tsp ground nutmeg and cook them in mini muffin pans. I figure you may as well just enjoy a seriously amazing bran muffin – not for health’s sake, but for deliciousness sake – and have a side of fruit salad to help ease the guilt.
