Well depending on what you already have set up, the process for activating Insane Mode for Office 365 will be different. Your data however is stored for up to a week in the provided container in order to ensure that the migration process is finished.
To sum it up, your content will first be uploaded to your Microsoft Azure storage account, then imported by Office 365.
