The show's story seems to be very power/political based, the acting seems to be just above par, but the guy from Warehouse 13.. Killjoys relies more on rich characters and smart dialogue than just the awesome CGI making the story engrossing. It's a difficult season to rate for several reasons including the fact that its writers and producers have tried blending traditional science fiction (that would be the alien invasion and the resulting spaceship battles) with what I can only describe as the kind of fantasy that reminds me a lot of early Doctor Who scripts. The wonderful actors embodying the Hackmods are a highlight of this season and provide new allies in the battle for freedom. Season 1. Season 1 gives you the background, the outline of this vast world. The search to uncover the mystery behind D'avin's missing memories triggers a shocking incident that will haunt the team. Continues the story that developed deeply with season two and is just plain fun.

A Dutch and D'avin attempt to train a replacement nerd, John finds his search for Clara is getting under some people's skin. Created by Michelle Lovretta. Absolutely love this series! The main characters are a hoot (especially Dutch, who is pretty feisty and bad-ass), and there is so much more to the show than just Killjoys traipsing around planets looking for bad guys.

It's now the "sitting on the edge of your seat!" I'm interested to know which direction season 3 will take the characters and story lines. The much-loved Killjoy harbors a dark secret.
