How did you figure it out? However, I could not locate it. ‘Send approval email’ action should be configured to the receiver’s email id which will be set as a column in the SharePoint List. All you have to do is use the update item action after the approval action. This is why i am confused! Embed analytics and dashboards right inside your app with a JS SDK. Once you set it feature, make sure you do not delete any columns that are parsed by Flow - there is one bug that I have faced, it could be resolved only by recreating Update file properties/Update item action in Flow with prior clearing up all dependencies in Flow. If a SharePoint list or document library has document approval feature enabled, then when a user adds an item or document to a document library, it will not available to all the users, the item will be in pending stage.
I have the same experience. This way people wont' see it on the form when submitting it. We have the OOTB Approvals switched on so the [Approval Stauts] column is provisioned automatically.
